COMUNICAZIONE: segnalate la presenza dell'animale al momento della prenotazione. Sono ammessi massimo due animali per appartamento. Sono ammessi cani e gatti. Altri animali solo su richiesta.
GIROSCALE: gli animali devono essere tenuti al guinzaglio nel giroscale.
AREE VERDI ED APPARTAMENTI ESCLUSI: non è concesso l'accesso alle aree verdi dell'edificio e agli appartamenti Neptune, Vesta ed Eros.
IN CAMERA è vietato far salire gli animali sui letti, divani e poltrone. Non lasciate l'animale se abbaia o crea disturbo! Pulizia: Raccogliete sempre le deiezioni e pulite l'animale dopo le passeggiate con gli appositi asciugamani in dotazione.

Condizioni

COSTI: è previsto un supplemento di € 30,00/ giorno.
DANNI: Il proprietario dell'animale si assume la piena responsabilità per i danni arrecati verso cose o persone all’interno della struttura.
DOTAZIONI: un comodo materassino, asciugamani e ciotole per acqua e cibo.

Aree cani in città

A Merano ci sono tre aree, nelle quali i cani possono correre liberamente:
In via Albertina Brogliati, accanto alla pista ciclabile;
In via Enrico Fermi a Sinigo;
In viale Europa, nel parco della stazione ferroviaria.
Nell'area del parco della stazione e in via Brogliati è stato inoltre allestito uno spazio riservato ai cani di piccola taglia.

Veterinario di turno

Merano dispone sempre di un veterinario di turno.
La reperibilità dei veterinari vale per i weekend e per i giorni festivi.

 Verificata Wir waren im Oktober 2026 für 5 Nächte in der Vega-Suite und diese war genau wie auf den Fotos. Tolle Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht inkl. Kaffeekapseln, Geschirrtaps, tägliche Müllentsorgung (Müll kann einfach im Behälter vor die Wohnung gestellt werden und wird täglich abgeholt), Waschmaschine inkl. Waschmittel, Bademäntel, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Essig, Öl, Toiletten-Papier etc. etc. Die Wohnung war äusserst sauber und hygienisch. Wir reisten mit Hund an und sogar für diesen standen die Näpfe, eine Matte und mehrere Tücher zum Abtrocknen bereits bereit. Vor der Wohnung hat es weitere Tücher und einen Schirm. Es ist für alle gesorgt.Die Lage des Gebäudes ist perfekt, um Meran zu Fuss zu erkunden. Wir empfehlen Whitecollection zu 100% weiter. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

 Verificata We had never rented such a well-equipped apartment. Toaster, tea maker, Nespresso machine, capsules, even detergent for the washing machine was available! The penthouse is top in every way. We will definitely rent it again when we are in Merano again.The parking space in the underground is a little bit narrow. But this is complaining at a high level - the garage is easily accessible by car lift.

 Verificata Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans l’appartement de Marco qui s’est montré très aimable et réactif.Tout était parfait : équipement, literie, propreté, garage privé, vue incroyable sur les montagnes, à 5 minutes à pieds du centre de Mérano.Nous recommandons cet appartement, nous y retournerons lors d’un prochain séjour !

 Verificata Pro’s: Definitely an amazing place that deserves 5 stars for location, cleanliness, space, quality of interior and facilities, safety, all that. It exceeds all expectations and is even nicer in real life than promised in the pictures and description, so overall absolutely worth the booking.Con’s: Since everything else was perfect and I still give you five stars, I feel it is fair that I voice the only downside. It was a pity that there was 0 flexibility with regard to early check-in (we were told several times that it may or may not be possible and we should check on arrival; we did arrive 1.5 h earlier, could not locate the key and were then confirmed with the obvious outcome that it was not possible until official check-in at 16:00) or late check-out (even one hour declined despite a good reason - our wedding! - and at 10:00 someone rang the bell to make sure we would leave).

 Verificata Absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was incredibly clean and had such a luxurious feel, with beautiful views and lovely little touches like the bathrobes. The hosts were so kind, helpful and welcoming. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would happily come back. If we could give 6 stars we would! Highly recommended!

 9,0Verificata ☺Ich war rundum happy mit der Unterkunft und dem Service sowie Personal. Die Erreichbarkeit, der Unterhalt, die Reinigung als auch die Ausstattung der Küche und der Sanitäranlagen war zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit.

☹Die Lage des Hauses ist zwar super und zentrumsnah, nur ist das Grundstück leider rundum von Autostrassen belegt, was gelegentlich zu etwaigem Lärm, auch abends/nachts geführt hat. Einzig noch der Punkt, dass die Heizung ab 1. Mai abgestellt wird und nicht mehr funktionstüchtig ist, auch trotz kälteren Aussentemperaturen.

 8,0Verificata Séjour agréable à Merano

☺L'emplacement, en ville, permet de laisser la voiture au parking et de faire une grande partie des courses à pied. 
Les jolies promenades le long de la rivière Passirio sont à proximité, et il est très agréable de déambuler dans la ville. 
L'appartement est bien équipé, spacieux,  on d'y sent à l'aise.

☹L'appartement, situé au 1er étage, a un environnement très bruyant (circulation automobile dense/ bruits des étages supérieurs), il est impossible de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes. 
En cette saison, beaucoup de moustiques le soir et la nuit: nous avons été piqués environ 40 fois chacun.... !
La climatisation 'mobile' proposée est bruyante et ne fonctionne que dans le couloir: les chambres n'en bénéficient pas ! 
Beaucoup de monde dans la résidence fin juillet: attente fréquente pour prendre l'ascenseur et pour descendre ou monter la voiture... 
Il manque une table de salon et les plaques chauffantes ne fonctionnent pas toujours: il faut être patient !

☺Posizione perfetta. Comodissimo il parcheggio interno. Appartamento ampio e dotato di tutte le comodità..
Bellissimo anche il palazzo che ospita gli appartamenti. Tutto pulitissimo. Personale attento (mancata luce nello stabile sono intervenuti celermente).

☹Unica pecca è la mancanza di aria condizionata. Purtroppo con il clima torrido di questa estate i pure potenti e presenti ventilatori non sono sufficienti a garantire pieno comfort. Non sappiamo se tale mancanza sia dovuta a restrizioni imposte dal rispetto della bellissima facciata del palazzo. Se così non fosse e si volesse raggiungere la perfezione questo l'intervento da eseguire.
