We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, but a few simple rules must be respected during your stay.

Rules

COMMUNICATION: Please inform us about the presence of your pet at the time of booking. A maximum of two pets per apartment is allowed. Dogs and cats are permitted. Other animals only upon request.
STAIRWELL: Pets must be kept on a leash in the stairwell.
GREEN AREAS AND RESTRICTED APARTMENTS: Access to the building’s green areas and to the apartments Neptune, Vesta and Eros is not permitted.
IN THE APARTMENT: Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas or armchairs. Please do not leave your pet unattended if it barks or causes disturbance! CLEANING: Always pick up after your pet and clean it after walks using the towels provided.

Conditions

COSTS: A surcharge of €30.00 per day applies.
DAMAGES: The pet owner assumes full responsibility for any damage caused to property or persons within the premises.
EQUIPMENT: A comfortable pet mat, towels, and bowls for water and food are provided.

Dog Areas in the City

In Merano there are three areas where dogs can run freely:
In Albertina Brogliati Street, next to the cycle path;
In Enrico Fermi Street in Sinigo;
In Europa Avenue, in the park near the railway station.
In the station park area and in Brogliati Street, there are also dedicated spaces for small dogs.

Veterinarian on Duty

A veterinary on-call service is always available in Merano.
Availability applies on weekends and public holidays.

 Verificata We had a wonderful stay at Marco’s place in Merano. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The bedroom was especially impressive, with amazing panoramic views and plenty of natural light.The location was convenient for exploring Merano and the surrounding area. Marco was a friendly and helpful host, and communication was smooth throughout our stay.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to families and anyone visiting Merano.  Verificata Die Unterkunft hat die Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Wir hatten die Penthouse Wohnung im 5. Stock, einfach phantastisch! Zudem ist die Lage perfekt, sämtliche Unternehmungen in Meran kann man zu Fuss erledigen. Sehr schönes ruhiges Quartier mit tollen Restaurants abseits vom Touristenstrom. Die Ausstattung und der Service (bsp täglich Abfallentsorgung) lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Tiefgarage ist luxuriös und der Zugang mit dem Autolift wie bei James Bond 😂. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

 9,0Verificata ☺Ich war rundum happy mit der Unterkunft und dem Service sowie Personal. Die Erreichbarkeit, der Unterhalt, die Reinigung als auch die Ausstattung der Küche und der Sanitäranlagen war zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. ☹Die Lage des Hauses ist zwar super und zentrumsnah, nur ist das Grundstück leider rundum von Autostrassen belegt, was gelegentlich zu etwaigem Lärm, auch abends/nachts geführt hat. Einzig noch der Punkt, dass die Heizung ab 1. Mai abgestellt wird und nicht mehr funktionstüchtig ist, auch trotz kälteren Aussentemperaturen.

 8,0Verificata Séjour agréable à Merano ☺L'emplacement, en ville, permet de laisser la voiture au parking et de faire une grande partie des courses à pied. Les jolies promenades le long de la rivière Passirio sont à proximité, et il est très agréable de déambuler dans la ville. L'appartement est bien équipé, spacieux,  on d'y sent à l'aise. ☹L'appartement, situé au 1er étage, a un environnement très bruyant (circulation automobile dense/ bruits des étages supérieurs), il est impossible de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes. En cette saison, beaucoup de moustiques le soir et la nuit: nous avons été piqués environ 40 fois chacun.... ! La climatisation 'mobile' proposée est bruyante et ne fonctionne que dans le couloir: les chambres n'en bénéficient pas ! Beaucoup de monde dans la résidence fin juillet: attente fréquente pour prendre l'ascenseur et pour descendre ou monter la voiture... Il manque une table de salon et les plaques chauffantes ne fonctionnent pas toujours: il faut être patient !

 10Verificata Bellissimo viaggio in Alto Adige con punto di riferimento Merano ☺Posizione perfetta. Comodissimo il parcheggio interno. Appartamento ampio e dotato di tutte le comodità.. Bellissimo anche il palazzo che ospita gli appartamenti. Tutto pulitissimo. Personale attento (mancata luce nello stabile sono intervenuti celermente). ☹Unica pecca è la mancanza di aria condizionata. Purtroppo con il clima torrido di questa estate i pure potenti e presenti ventilatori non sono sufficienti a garantire pieno comfort. Non sappiamo se tale mancanza sia dovuta a restrizioni imposte dal rispetto della bellissima facciata del palazzo. Se così non fosse e si volesse raggiungere la perfezione questo l'intervento da eseguire.
